PS-6,000-DS’s advanced, proprietary software identifies both sticks and sticktights for removal. The result is little unwanted trash on the inspection belt, and that means the lowest possible inspection labor costs.

Easy Installation.
Requires as little as 4” of space before the final inspection belt. Good pecans drop onto the inspection belt. Sticktights and sticks are removed on a separate conveyor (not included).

Right Sized Operating Speed
If you’ve got as much as 50% sticks and sticktights, the PS-6,000-DS will operate at 6,000 lbs/hr. At low percentages, operating speed can be higher. Never slow down the entire plant because of a high percentage of sticks and sticktights.

“Start It Up and Walk Away”
A touch screen control panel guides the operator through the functions of the PS-6,000-DS. No close monitoring or frequent adjustments required. A self-test system alerts the operator if attention is required.
